100% Carignan, 12% alc. Wine as a snack, why not? Kezako is produced by carbonic maceration of whole grapes Carignan from old plantation near the sea lake in La Palme. Wine is nakvašováno after 8 days, no mixing or compression grapes. Direct and slow pressing and subsequent maturing in vats of glass fiber. Without added sulfur. Wine itself is initially slightly rustic character, after opening to recruit currant tones with blueberries, wild raspberries. The taste is great acid, fresh, simple, regular drinking. Medium length with fruity and slightly spicy notes.
